damn. i'd fire her and get myself a new nanny that could be on-call 24/7 if i were you. don't worry about it, if he ever tried to divorce you, let alone take custody of her, i'd kill him first! okay, i lie, but i never lie to you.

you have no idea how hard it is to find a nanny to fit all of your expectations though, i interviewed a hundred. i can't just throw the good one away because i finally let her go home at one in the morning! i'm not sure how good that would work out for me, since i'd be widowed and adelaide would have no father! there you go, but maybe you should just stop lying in general.

yeah, but you know, most nanny's these days are live-in. lets you keep a better eye on 'em. they can't steal or leave you hanging or anything else bad if they're in your home 24/7. you'd have loads more freedom! i'm okay with you being widowed if he's going to divorce you, you can find a proper husband too! nahh, not everyone needs to know everything.

true, but she's young, she's got a life outside of work. i wouldn't get in the way of that. and besides, she'd never steal! freedom for what? the crazy life i don't have? you're making yourself sound like a hit man, this conversation could hurt your career, you know. maybe not, but what if you lie to the wrong girl one day?

fine, whatever makes you happy, kiddo. freedom to travel, to work, to go out and socialize, to idk, what do you want to do? i don't mind much, i'm young, i can always change my career! the wrong girl like a mob bosses daughter or something? easy! i'm such a good liar she'd never know.

travel, a ton, and go out and party. mingle with as many people your age as possible before you're too old to do it any longer. nahh, single!

you can't do those things when you have a child, relish it up! and don't rub it in, while you're at it. ok good, then i'm not so worried! though i don't really understand how.

he can't, his shoulder's all messed up and she annoys him, freaks him out, etc. i've got the perfect skanky dress in mind, i bought it and had nowhere to wear it at first. so now i'm excited! what do you mean? i just told you.

yeah, well, tell him to get over it. see, now you have the perfect occasion to wear it. i'll make sure you dance on plenty of table tops - coyote ugly style - for optimum skankiness. what's going on that makes you not like him, i mean. why does the wedding have anything to do with you guys divorcing? did he do something? do i actually need to hire a hit man?

i've tried, but apparently it's more painful than having a baby. good with the dramatics, he is. for sure, only you can't judge my dancing! i don't know, there's just nothing there right now. hormones or something, maybe i'm pregnant. because if i go with you, that will be suitable grounds for divorce, again with the dramatics! nooo that's what i don't understand. i let him do everything, he gets with a hundred different girls, hardly sees his family, i don't see what's so wrong that he can't manage to live with. his life would be the same single!

then divorce him, soph! you don't deserve to be treated that way. if he's going to be running around cheating, you should be allowed to do the same. but you're way too nice to that douchebag. you need to either cut the ties or you need to figure out some way to make him get a grip. think about what's best for you and the kid.
